Fassbind, Switzerland’s oldest distillery, was established in 1846 in the heart of the country’s prime cherry-growing region. Rising from humble beginnings, their brandies have garnered the highest accolades worldwide. Their narrative is a unique tale, distilled with emotion.
In 2012, a fresh set of labels and cartons was unveiled. A uniform design structure with a simplified colour palette was adopted across all product lines. It exudes an air of restraint and elegance, providing both contrast and complement to the intricately designed bottles.
A return to Fassbind's roots revitalises their history. At the heart of all labels stands a woodcut featuring founder Gottfried Fassbind, symbolising expertise and unwavering dedication.
Anecdotes from Fassbind's rich past vividly illustrate the distillery's unyielding passion. The word “spirit” (or “passion”), drawn from the brand slogan “Genuss mit Geist. Seit 1846.” (Savoring the Spirit, since 1846), lies at their core.
